We use AirDNA, the industry-leading tool for analyzing short-term rental market performance, to track comparable properties in your area. We guarantee that your property will outperform similar homes by at least the same percentage as our commission.
If we only meet the market average, you get 100% of our commission back. If we outperform by less than our commission rate, you’ll receive the difference. For example, if we charge a 10% commission but only outperform by 5%, you’ll get 50% of our commission refunded.
